What you will do:
You will take care of complex recruitment processes in the IT area (mainly software development roles: mobile and web technologies),
You will gather requirements for the role, write and post technical job description on dedicated platforms, provide direct search, conduct screenings and job interviews, provide feedback or take part in offer negotiations,
You will raise standards in the recruitment area by proposing new ideas and improvements, building long-term relationships with candidates and employees,
You will cooperate on a daily basis with our Team Leaders regarding current needs and priorities,
You will be responsible for coordinating documentation process regarding employment and onboarding of a new joiner.
What we need you to have:
Knowledge and understanding of the IT industry and experience in the recruitment area,
Ability to acquire candidates through direct search (boolean search),
Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written,
Solution-oriented attitude and ability to set priorities,
Ability to build partnerships and long-term relationships,
